These Terms & Conditions govern your use of abbottluxurytransportation.com and the transportation and text-messaging services provided by Abbott Luxury Transportation ("Abbott Luxury Transportation," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a ride or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
Bookings
Rides may be booked by phone, email, or text. A booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation. Please provide accurate pickup details, contact information, and flight numbers for airport trips. Rates, wait time, cancellation terms, and any additional charges will be provided at the time of booking.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers must follow all applicable laws and our chauffeur's reasonable safety instructions. We may refuse or end service for unsafe or unlawful behavior. Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle.
SMS Terms
Program name: Abbott Luxury Transportation Ride Notifications.
Program description: By texting the keyword RIDE to (631) 528-1760, you agree to receive text messages from Abbott Luxury Transportation about your rides, including booking confirmations, pickup reminders, driver and vehicle details, arrival notifications, and trip updates. We will also reply to messages you send us. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
- Message frequency varies based on your bookings.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, text RIDE or START again.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of booking a ride.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the ride in question.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
